I hear you. I’ve fought bouts with insomnia at several stages of my life.  That’s why I’m writing this blog — to share with you the many solutions I’ve heard about, researched or even tried. This blog allows me to combine my interest, personal experience and background of 25+ years in healthcare marketing and journalism.

The way I see it, the search for a good night’s sleep is a journey. Along this trek, you may try a lot of remedies, from herbal concoctions to prescription drugs and electronic gadgets. Some will work for you, others won’t. Some solutions may be temporary. A lot of solutions I’ve tried haven’t work for me, but that doesn’t mean they won’t work for you.

There is Hope for Insomniacs

What you need to know is this: If you’re having a hard time falling asleep or maybe just staying asleep, stay optimistic. You may have to try different solutions, but you’ll likely find something that helps you get better shut-eye.
